

Bettina Tempel
was born in Frankfurt am Main. After graduating from high school, she first studied instrumental pedagogy and then orchestral music at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Frankfurt. After completing her artistic matriculation, she spent several years as a flautist in the Wuppertal Symphony Orchestra. For personal reasons, she returned to Frankfurt and held a temporary contract with the Frankfurt Opera House and Museum Orchestra.
Since then, she has worked freelance and played in various orchestras and ensembles, including the Frankfurt Symphony, the Johann Strauss Orchestra Frankfurt and the Frankfurt Chamber Soloists, with whom she has recorded several CDs. Since 1996, she has taught at the Music and Art School in Büdingen, and she also teaches at the Helmholtz School in Frankfurt.
