ART LESSONS
The Oberhof is a Renaissance ensemble dating back to 1569 and offers, in addition to numerous classrooms, a light-filled studio with storage space and many opportunities for painting and sculpture.
The art school within the MuKS offers visual arts classes for children and young people. Groups are generally divided by age.

PAINTING & DESIGNING
Designing is fun
Here you will have imaginative experiences with paints, hands, feet and all kinds of brushes, pens and sponges. In the studio you can paint, stamp, print and draw without worry. The focus is on the creative process, on free experimentation without having to please anyone. The children learn about modern artists in a playful way and are allowed to try things out. Tolerance, openness, freedom and courage are thus experienced. It is about the carefree use of paint and the experimentation of different materials and styles. We create works of art that are composed of many components such as photos, paper, fabric or other objects. We learn about various artistic processes. For example, we print on T-shirts, paper or cotton bags using homemade stamps, stencils or even plants. We make our own stickers, build crazy sculptures, create collages, try out "action painting" in the open air, create street art with sports field chalk, make our own books or create large frottages.
